Gretton Heritage provides a range of building services and specialises in barn conversions and constructions. We take care of all planning procedures including the preparation of drawings and local authority liaison.
Our expertise includes design and working with all construction materials, especially in hardwoods and natural stone.
Project management includes a structured approach to small and medium size projects. Typically we would
start with a site visit to assess feasibility and to discuss possible enhancements to the clients ideas taking into
account budget, time scales, aesthetics and practicalities. We then prepare an outline proposal for consideration.
This proposal is further developed from research and feedback from the client and eventually forms the basis of a
contract.
